Cloud fax service expanded with more states and new forms
SR-22 and SR-26 now available in Kansas, North Dakota, Ohio, Vermont, and Virginia

Insurance providers can now send SR-22 certificate of financial responsibility filings and SR-26 cancellation notices via electronic submission using cloud fax to Kansas, North Dakota, Ohio, Virginia, and Vermont through Tyler Insurance Filings. This expansion simplifies the filing process for insurers, eliminating the need for printing, mailing, or manually managing paperwork. By increasing the number of supported states, Tyler Insurance Filings continues to provide a streamlined solution that helps insurers meet regulatory requirements more efficiently.
Traditional filing methods can be time-consuming, and mailed documents are often subject to delays or rejections due to errors. Cloud faxing offers a faster, more reliable alternative, ensuring filings are transmitted directly to state agencies using the standard filing interface. The service also reduces administrative burden by eliminating the need for manual submissions.
Users can review filing reports within Tyler's system to track all submissions, including cloud fax filings. Faxed form PDFs are stored in the system and available for download as needed. While the system does not provide status updates from state agencies, it offers an organized way to monitor which filings have been created and sent. This helps insurers maintain a clear record of their submissions and stay on top of their compliance needs.
Our cloud fax service is available at no additional cost to the standard filing fee and eliminates the need to print and mail generated forms to the agency.
