To create a filing, approved users can log in to the Tyler Insurance Filings website. New insurance filers interested in using the system can request an account and will be able to submit filings once approved to use the system.

Electronically submitted filings are immediately forwarded to state jurisdictions for review. Insurance filers will receive instant notifications when the state reviews the submission and marks the status as accepted, rejected, or pending. The response time varies between states, but in California, this review process can take as little as one business day. If rejected, the state agency will provide comments to the filer to explain why the filing was not accepted. Filers can immediately submit a new filing if necessary to correct any errors and review reports to track the statuses of all filings submitted through our system.

Integration options are also available for companies to automate their filing generation and tracking process.
